Garden City weddings are frequently hotel weddings, which is the most forgiving setup we work with: a loading entrance, a banquet manager who knows what time the room flips, and somewhere cool to hold pieces. Six to nine months is the comfortable window for a full wedding order. It is not a hard requirement. We regularly take on bouquets inside of two weeks, and we have rebuilt a bridal bouquet the night before when another florist let a couple down. What changes with short notice is not whether we can do it, but how specific we can be about particular stems.
Not the number of guests — the number of pieces that need individual construction. Twenty centrepieces of the same design cost less per head than eight bespoke arrangements. Bridal party items, ceremony structures and anything installed on site are where a wedding budget concentrates. Bring us the number, and we will tell you honestly where to spend and where it will not show in photographs.
Peonies run roughly May into June. Garden roses and dahlias hold through the autumn. Anything forced out of season arrives smaller, costs more, and travels worse. If your date falls outside a flower you love, we will show you what reads the same way in a photograph for less.
